Warranty and Return
Please Message or Email us first if you would like return any product. Prior return authorization is required for warranty or returns.
For faulty items:
A. If an item is defective as a manufacturers fault or defect, please contact us within 15 days.
If an item is identified as a manufacturer faulty item, there are two options for the buyer:
• We will fully refund the purchase price, or
• We will provide a replacement.
B. If an item is assessed that is not faulty, Postage and Handling fee is required to pay to resend your item back.
